HHI Chocolate Packaging

Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) is one of the world’s leading heavy industry companies and the largest shipbuilder in Korea. In 2013, we were commissioned to design a promotional chocolate product and its packaging for HHI.

Inspired by the world’s largest container ship built by HHI that year, the concept took the form of a miniature cargo ship. The package was designed as a symbolic vessel carrying HHI’s dreams, happiness, and passion, and contains 24 pieces of chocolate inside.

현대중공업(HHI)은 세계적인 중공업 기업으로, 대한민국 최대의 조선사로 알려져 있습니다. 2013년, 현대중공업의 프로모션 아이템으로 활용될 초콜릿 제품과 패키지 디자인 프로젝트가 진행되었습니다.

당시 현대중공업이 건조한 세계 최대 규모의 컨테이너선을 모티브로, 초콜릿 패키지를 미니어처 화물선 형태로 디자인했습니다. 패키지는 현대중공업의 꿈과 열정, 그리고 긍정적인 가치를 담아내는 상징적인 배로 설정되었으며, 총 24개의 초콜릿이 담긴 구조로 구성되었습니다.
